Terms of Use
Last updated 26 June 2026. By using Roomly you agree to these terms. Roomly is a rental-discovery tool, not a marketplace or broker.
1. What Roomly is
Roomly aggregates publicly available rental listing information from third-party sources to help you discover and compare homes by transit and campus proximity. For each listing we show a summary and a link to the original source, where the full details and any transaction take place. We do not host listings on your behalf, broker deals, charge brokerage, or collect payment for any listing.
2. Intellectual property & no affiliation
- All trademarks, brand names, logos and listing content belong to their respective owners. Roomly claims no ownership over third-party listings or marks.
- Roomly is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with Magicbricks, 99acres, SquareYards, NoBroker, Airbnb, or any housing operator unless explicitly stated. References to such names are nominative, to identify the source of a listing, and imply no association.
- We display only the minimum needed for discovery (e.g., a title, area, price and link), and we direct users to the source for full content.
3. Accuracy, listings are “as is”
Listing details (price, availability, location, photos) originate from third-party sources and may be inaccurate, outdated, or removed at any time. Roomly provides them “as is”, without warranty. Always verify details with the original source before acting. The RoomScore is an informational ranking, not advice or a guarantee.
4. Takedown & opt-out
If you are a rights holder, listing source, or owner and want a listing, brand reference, or data removed, email anishfyi@gmail.com with the details. We honour valid removal and opt-out requests promptly and in good faith, and we will respect source terms and robots directives going forward.
5. Acceptable use
- Roomly is for personal, non-commercial housing discovery.
- Don't scrape, copy in bulk, resell, or republish Roomly's compiled data, scores, or interface.
- Don't attempt to break the login gate, abuse the auth system, or disrupt the service.
Roomly Chat: our chat is a pseudonymous community space. You are responsible for what you post; don't post other people's private data, spam, scams, or harassment. Messages come from other users, not Roomly, and we do not verify them, so never share bank details, OTPs, or UPI IDs, and never pay a deposit before seeing a place in person. We may remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion, and we are not liable for user-posted content.
6. Accounts
You're responsible for your account and keeping your credentials safe. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. Early access may be invite-gated and limited.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roomly and Team Roomly are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on listing information, third-party sources, service interruptions, or use of the service. Your sole remedy is to stop using Roomly.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
